Upperz retains rights to methodologies, proprietary tools and generic technical solutions not developed specifically for the client.
The client warrants that they have all necessary rights to the content (text, images, logos) provided for the project.
Upperz is committed to delivering services professionally and in accordance with best practices. However, our liability is limited to the amount charged for the services.
Upperz will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Warranties are limited to fixing bugs and issues during the warranty period defined in the service contract.
Upperz commits to keeping confidential all information provided by the client in the context of the service. This information will not be shared with third parties without prior authorization.

Either party may terminate the service contract according to the terms defined in the specific agreement. In case of termination, work already completed remains payable.

In case of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceeding.
